We ask that each band arrive at least an hour before their scheduled set time. Of course, we'd prefer for you to join us from start to finish to share in the entire event but we understand that may not be possible for all.
We will have a tent available for Band merch so bring that sweet stuff along!
We’ll reach out about backlining in October, will have a kit, bass amp, and guitar cab available, please let us know if your drummers need their own kits.
THE EVENT WILL BE TAKING PLACE IN THE PARKING LOT OF BELCHING BEAVER BREWING - MAP BELOW
Load-In
Load-in and drop-off will take place around the back side of Belching Beaver. Access around the front will be blocked off starting at 12 PM.
See Map below to get to the gear staging area.
Drive up to the fencing on the back side to unload. Volunteers will be available to help get gear to gear drop-off/staging area.
Checking In - Who do I talk to? - Where do I go?
When you get to Belching Beaver you can park at that back gate to load/unload gear in “Band Load-In Alley”
We will have a handful of parking spots blocked off for bands. Please move your vehicle when your set is over to allow parking and load-in for later bands.
If those fill up, park at the back gate to unload and find a parking space elsewhere during your set. Drive back to load when finished.
We will mark off areas behind stage for bands to place gear so it doesn’t turn into a used gear flea market back there.
That being said, if your set is over and you have gear that will no longer be used, please return it to your car to get it out of the way.
If you get hung up and need some help call or text:
(760) 517-6655
That number will ring on three of our phones
Here are some folks that can help you out, get you wristbands, drink tickets, and help with load-in:
B.J. Anderson
B.J. will be the main man working band alley all day. Try to find him to check-in.
He’ll get you wrist bands and drink tickets and can get you set up with loading gear.
Dylan Wade
Dylan will be helping with band load-in and gear staging.
Ben Pincock
Ben can help get ya settled too and show you where gear load-in is.
Terry Engel
Same deal, Terry can help ya get loaded in
Chris & Jason
Will be unavailable from 2-3ish for Parade of Horribles set and during raffles.
But we’re here all day if ya need anything!
